The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power is an upcoming American fantasy television series. It is also based on the novel The Lord of the Rings and its appendices by J. R. R. Tolkien.

It’s an epic drama set thousands of years before the events of J.R.R. Tolkien’s ‘ The Hobbit ‘ as well as ‘ The Lord of the Rings ‘.
